Is shipping free of charge?

Unfortunately, no. You have the option to choose between shipping without tracking number at $1.50, which is in a stamped envelope, and First Class Tracking Number shipping at $3.00, which is sent in a bubble mailer. This is due to the cost of our Stickers. The cost of our Stickers start from $1 to $6, in order to keep our costs down and to continue doing business.

However, if your order is over $35.00 you will be given the option of shipping with tracking number at no additional cost to the basic shipping.

Shipping on your order may take longer to arrive due to COVID-19 delays.

Do all stickers have the same price?

The price of the sticker may vary depending on the size of the sticker and the material it is made of, but its good quality remains the same regardless of the price.

How good is the quality?

Our materials have been hand chosen to ensure the highest quality. Mighty fine stickers materials with unique properties. All materials* are 2-4 year weatherproof withstanding everything from sunny days to the harshest of weather. Durable for cars, dishwashers, and anything else you could think of.

Do you make personalized artwork?

Yes, we do custom orders. This includes logos, mascots, family photos, names or anything you can think of that can be worked on digitally. These can all be turned into Stickers, magnets or keychains, but all depending on the quantity you want to order. To place your order for a personalized order write to our Instagram Rayajos.PR and we will let you know what spaces we have available according to what you want.

 How do you ship your stickers?

All of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once we ship your package through USPS, we are not responsible for any delays or problems caused by the USPS itself. (This includes and is not limited to lost packages, package theft, or any other fluke).

However, if you experience any problems with your order, please contact us immediately so we can further assist you! (Preferably if your order has not arrived within 15 days). 


My order is taking too long to arrive!?


Because of COVID-19, we face many of the precautions and limitations put in place to maintain the safety of our customers. If your order does not arrive within 7 to 14 business days, please contact us to see what we can do to help.

Please note that orders have been delayed up to 1 to 2 months. Unfortunately we have no control over this once your order is shipped via USPS and shipping times may vary.

   We offer discount opportunities that are announced via our social media profile on some very special occasions!


Do you accept returns/refunds?

   All orders are final, we do not accept returns, refunds or order cancellations.
